Getting Started




Welcome to CrossFit Traverse located in downtown Carthage!  We are a CrossFit gym created to provide you with a welcoming community for fun and friendly fitness. The CrossFit program is known as a strength and conditioning program made up of constantly varied, high intensity functional movements.  CrossFit is a great program that helps people from different ability levels, and backgrounds meet their expectations and goals.  From those who may already have a fitness background and would like to take their fitness to the next level to those who who have no fitness background but are willing to commit to achieving a great level of fitness, CrossFit Traverse is a great place to help you meet your goals.  If you are interested please contact us through Facebook, e-mail, or phone to discuss how to get started.  


Schedule:  
-Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 6 am, 8:15 am, 12 pm, 4 pm, 5 pm, 6 pm.  
-Tuesday and Thursday: 5 am, 12:00 pm, 4 pm, 5 pm, 6 pm.  
-Saturday: 9 am


We stock FitAID recovery drinks. Try it out, we love it!
